Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Oassay FlexFlow to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at oassay_official@hotmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest method is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and with tags
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at oassay_official@hotmail.com.
