That meant making meaningful last‑minute improvements and running extensive tests—which also resulted in roughly a 20‑day delay. We sincerely apologize for the wait, and we’re truly grateful for your patience.

Final blueprints were delivered to the factory. We've kicked off meetings with engineers to begin mold design.

We made a last-minute, important improvement: adding an air valve to make squeezing and rebound significantly easier.

Add Filter Dust Cap

Based on your feedback, we've designed a dust cap for the filter base. We've finalized the drawings, validated the design, and sent it to the factory. One will be included with each filter.

First Prototypes (T0) Made

Molds are complete! We've produced the first engineering prototypes (T0) for initial assembly and structure checks.

Precision Adjustments

We are fine-tuning the molds based on the T0 prototypes, making minor adjustments for a perfect part fit.

Lab Testing Filters

Assembled filter samples are at a 3rd-party lab undergoing rigorous tests for water pressure, pore size, and microbial filtration.

Packaging in Production

All packaging design and materials are finalized. Production of the eco-friendly retail boxes has started.

Green Light for Mass Production

Final product color will be confirmed. All T0 revisions will be approved. We are planning to begin T1 mass production.

Units will be undergoing a battery of stress tests including drop, scratch, UV exposure, and waterproof sealing.

Refining the Details

During trial production, we noticed slight friction in the filter thread. We recalled the initial batch and asked the factory to adjust the mold for a smoother fit.

Colors & Texture Finalized

We discovered that the initial color matching looked different under natural sunlight versus factory lights, causing inconsistencies. We immediately restarted the process, recalibrating all colors in daylight, and have now locked in the final shades and texture for the key components.

The first revised batch of filters will be produced and assembled. We will have 2 days off for new year's holidy, Happy New Year to you all!!
