Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as product launches or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Please note: We do not process orders or ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship globally from our fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

USA & Canada	10 - 14  days
EU、UK & AU	7 – 10 days
Japan	6 – 10 days
Rest of the World	10–20 days

Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Fees

• Free standard shipping is available for orders over USD $39 (region-specific thresholds may apply).
• For orders under the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.
• Shipments to certain remote areas or U.S. territories may be restricted.
  

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
